Career Exploration and Success collects data from the graduating classes in August, October, January, and May. This information shows the strength of the career paths Rutgers students take and gives current students a glimpse into what they can do with their majors. The information below contains data from the Class of 2024 First-Destination Survey.
In accordance with NACE Standards, the Rutgers-New Brunswick's Career Outcomes Rate reflects the percentage of known graduates with verified information confirming full or part-time employment, continued education, military service, and/or volunteer engagement within the first six months after graduation. Graduates who report intentionally not seeking a first destination are excluded from calculation. Knowledge rate reflects the percentage of graduates with a known first destination within six months of graduation.
